In 2020, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed to establish Tiankai Southeast Green Building Technology (Henan) Co., Ltd. With a registered capital of 100 million yuan, jointly building a new green and environmentally friendly intelligent manufacturing production base with an annual output of 100000 tons of steel structure processing strength. Tiankai Southeast Green Building Technology (Henan) Co., Ltd. Will introduce the latest generation of green steel structure intelligent manufacturing system for Southeast Grid, utilizing Southeast Grid's independently developed steel structure and grid system technology and resources, sharing the top ten core technologies of Southeast Grid, more than 200 patented technologies and scientific research and development achievements, and academician workstations.

The company is located 500 meters south of the intersection of National Highway 310 and Industrial South Road in the Industrial Agglomeration Zone of Xingyang City, Henan Province. Construction began on October 15, 2020, covering an area of 107 acres with a total construction area of 71629.57 square meters and a total investment of 1 billion yuan. The first phase of the planned investment is 450 million yuan. The company has various advanced processing equipment, including a complete set of specialized equipment for component cutting, forming, assembly, welding, rust removal, painting, and testing. It can meet the processing requirements of various complex components, nodes, and new structures.

The company's factory covers an area of 50000 square meters and is divided into four workshops. It has 8 professional production lines, 58 cranes of various tonnages, a maximum lifting capacity of 50 tons, and a monthly production capacity of 6000 tons. It mainly produces box columns, cross columns, circular pipe columns, welded H-beams, welded H-beams and box trusses, special-shaped giant steel structures, steel bar truss floor slabs and other products.
